Eight pictures in this post but none of the outside since all of the work for the last couple of weeks has been inside. Running all of the electrical wires, sanding and putting polyethylene on the logs downstairs and installing the pine floors on the 2nd floor which will be the 1st floor ceiling for the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, utility room, kitchen and diningroom the livingroom
will be open to the ceiling/roof.

The media room which will be larger than it looks like. We are going to extend the wall at the left out another couple of feet.

15 pictures in this group taken over 2 days. I finally got a chance to do some work on the place, we put up some of the walls, completed the front porch ceiling and stained some more wood. I also got a chance to saw up some of the trees that were piled up in the back. The dark areas on the front of the house in this picture and the side in the next are from cleaning the logs that haven't dried yet.

Still the redneck back yard but no bug zapper yet, it's on order tho. I wanted to put Dave's Dodge truck up on blocks back here but he needed it to get home after work.

Dave and I putting up the boards for the porch ceiling, we got 2/3rds of it done that morning. That afternoon Dave and the other John finished it, I had to finish staining the boards for the last 3rd of this porch and the ones for the back porch ceiling.

The walls are starting to go up now. This is the wall for the front bedroom looking from the livingroom. The doorway at the right is to the coat closet which is at the foot of the stairs that will go up to the loft and master bedroom.
